The fact of the matter is this. The Japanese brands have always been battling against it's rivals. It was not until a few years ago this battle turned into a war. With new models from Lexus, Infiniti, and Acura they have made their competition on their heels. The Japanese have and is still offering technology packed models from all brands that is very competitive against the Europeans. The old term "More bang for your buck" really speaks a lot about this topic.

What justifies the purchase of a BMW 3 series and not a Lexus IS or an Infiniti G35? Is it about the image and the simple fact of owning a "Bimmer" isntead of a Lexus. Would you sacrifice quality, technology, and styling just so you say you own this instead of that?
